The cylindrical blank is drawn at the fixture and the FR10 reaches its centre. Neither the gripper body nor the open door appears. I need the loaded approach and open-tool withdrawal assessed before calling this a viable machine-loading layout.
Was the door surveyed in its normal working position? I would ask the machine owner to confirm that rather than assume the brochure opening is what the operator gets.
Machine owner supplied the working position. Combined view shows the rear connection colliding with the door edge. The supplier has withdrawn the current approach.
The setter rejected it because it blocks the fixture-removal route. We are not choosing an arm from either of these arrangements. The supplier is deciding whether a different tool concept is worth another study.
