I have the carton underside and proposed tool shown in the same section this time. The new uncertainty is the pallet: purchasing wants to permit two deck arrangements under the same FR10 pattern. The carton support strips cross a gap on one. Should packaging review them as separate combinations?
One is in stores. The second is a supplier drawing with no stated deck-spacing tolerance, so I have asked for a representative sample and its specification.
Receiving says they cannot use the current pallet description to distinguish them. We have paused the combined purchasing description while packaging reviews the second sample. No pattern decision yet
