I cannot approve the FR5 boxes without their bearing and release views

Our alternating shipping-box drawing puts rotated cartons above gaps in their preferred support direction. What shared evidence should packaging and tooling review before I accept the FR5 pattern?

Get packaging's actual filled-box support requirements against the layer below. Outside dimensions and a direction arrow aren't enough to tell you what those gaps mean.

Then put the full tool into the placement sequence. We had carrying views that looked fine until somebody asked where the fingers went during release. The last box in a layer can be a very different question from the first.

What happens to the pallet when the order ends before the layer does?

Partial pallets go to dispatch. Packaging has not assessed those conditions. Tooling only supplied carrying views.

Keep the manual remainder task visible in that case. The reviewed arrangement needs to describe operator access as well as the robot's completed placements

Caleb, do we know it is manually finished? Louis said dispatched partial, not hand completed.

No, I assumed a remainder task. Louis, establish the actual dispatch operation before adding that requirement; thanks Jo for catching it

They dispatch it partial, without filling the layer by hand. Warehouse supervisor is supplying the movement and securing conditions for packaging's review.

That still belongs beside the robot sequence. It tells the reviewers which incomplete arrangements must work, rather than leaving them to assume every pallet reaches the full drawing.

Who holds acceptance open while those two sets of findings are outstanding?

I do. The quotation attachment is marked provisional. No support decision or complete release assessment returned yet.

Then leave the pattern undecided. Asking the right people doesn't make those rotated positions acceptable by default.
