Our alternating shipping-box drawing puts rotated cartons above gaps in their preferred support direction. What shared evidence should packaging and tooling review before I accept the FR5 pattern?
Get packaging's actual filled-box support requirements against the layer below. Outside dimensions and a direction arrow aren't enough to tell you what those gaps mean.
Then put the full tool into the placement sequence. We had carrying views that looked fine until somebody asked where the fingers went during release. The last box in a layer can be a very different question from the first.
Keep the manual remainder task visible in that case. The reviewed arrangement needs to describe operator access as well as the robot's completed placements
They dispatch it partial, without filling the layer by hand. Warehouse supervisor is supplying the movement and securing conditions for packaging's review.
That still belongs beside the robot sequence. It tells the reviewers which incomplete arrangements must work, rather than leaving them to assume every pallet reaches the full drawing.
