Who checks the support beneath our FR10 partial layer?

Our full-stack picture looks tidy, but the turned cases bridge finger gaps and dispatch often stops before completing that layer. I need packaging support and tool withdrawal reviewed for the actual partial orders too, before the operator diagram tells somebody to build an arrangement nobody has accepted.

Give packaging and tooling the same packed-case sections and required partial-order examples, with the actual pallet and finger movement included; the complete-stack illustration cannot answer those missing cases

Dispatch has listed the partial builds it needs. Packaging only reviewed the full stack so far, while tooling's withdrawal sketch leaves the supporting layer out. Both reviews are still incomplete.

Who owns combining those comments, Sofia? Dispatch can tell you the work it needs to do, but it shouldn't be left choosing between two drawings whose authors have each assumed the other person's clearance.

Our integrator owns the combined revision. I've asked it to return the partial examples with the full stack, not leave them for the trainer to improvise afterwards.
