Our FR5 housing handover explains starting but not the empty-pocket decision

I handed over the saved FR5 housing-transfer job with a clean-run demonstration, but an empty pocket or interrupted transfer still sends the operators back to me; I want the integrator and shift lead to define those different cases and their owners before rewriting the instructions, rather than blaming people for decisions I never handed over.

Use actual examples of expected empty pockets, unexpected missing housings and uncertain interrupted transfers, with the tray and job identities visible. Agree what the operator can establish, where unresolved parts are held and who reviews them, then test the handover with someone who did not write it.
