Why does our FR10 scratch example move when the faceplate turns?

I am sorting faceplates for a camera trial. One plate has three bright streaks in three different positions, depending on how it was presented. The image folder calls all three scratches. Quality has not checked the actual plate. I want the reference labels settled before we start chasing a threshold.

Do you still have that exact faceplate identified?

Yes. Labelled bag, matching image notes. No need to guess which one it is.

Ask quality to judge that plate first, with their agreed appearance examples.

Keep the original views for the imaging team, but take them out of the approved scratch set meanwhile. Otherwise somebody will tune from whichever folder they happen to open.
