Within the fingers. Whole tool doesn't visibly turn. Clip loses the far tray edge just before it happens.

We found a guide touching the carried part before it reached the intended pocket. Keep the actual tray and spacer for maintenance, but don't label yours the same fault without seeing that contact.

Our loading view hid a rear guide too. Can maintenance inspect the far edge from a better view with the setup stopped? No reason to keep guessing from the same cropped clip.

Stopped inspection found a raised tray divider near the hidden edge. Retained spacer has a mark there. Maintenance comparing it with the intended tray drawing.

Our good pickup check still left other pockets and release to assess. If that divider is repaired, keep those cases in the return comparison.

No. Drawing shows it below that contact path. Maintenance found its mounting loose and the divider lifted on one side.

Give controls that physical finding with the saved pickup edits. They should review the accumulated changes before returning the corrected tray to the job.

Who will check that divider mounting at handover once it is repaired? Use the actual loose area in the maintenance note while it is still visible.
