Our main UR5e package is checked complete, including the installed pendant cable. The additional cable in the spare kit is still missing after thirty-five days of next shipment replies. I want to know whether it exists in stock before chasing another tracking number.
Ask them to confirm the exact additional cable reference, availability and a separate dispatch proposal against the missing order line. The fitted cable can remain perfectly real without answering any of those questions.
