The FR10 is already here. This separate accessory order was for 65 matched fixture-loading kits. Sealed box arrived short of mounting adapters. Seller in China says pieces; invoice says kit and their final message lists an adapter per kit. I need the missing balance reconciled, including any delivery charge.
Put the final per-kit agreement beside a checked inventory of complete kits and loose items, with the sealed-arrival photographs; ask them to reconcile the specific adapter balance, not debate what kit usually means.
Checked with stores: 52 mounting adapters, so 13 of the 65 kits cannot be completed. Everything else on the per-kit list reconciles. Sent that table and the final contents message.
They accepted the thirteen-adapter shortage and offered those adapters with our next order. We have no next order planned. Asked for separate shipment and its full terms.
Standalone shipment offered now, seller covering freight. Correct adapter reference and quantity are listed. I've accepted that supply proposal, but no dispatch evidence yet.
