Robot cycle finished, job still waiting for inspection

I'm deciding how to show a short-batch robot trial in a planning sheet. I'd keep the handling time separate, but the delivery estimate also needs the wait for inspection. Would you show both times beside the result, even when the inspection queue changes from day to day? No timings to compare yet; I'm trying to choose honest boundaries first.

I'd show both, with the date or trial session attached to the wait. If you only report handling time, the planner can't see why the batch wasn't available; if you fold every queue into one robot figure, the person comparing the handling methods can't see what changed. Two columns earn their space here.

That helps. I'll keep handling finished and batch available as separate boundaries. Still need to agree who records the second one; an empty column won't tell me whether it was immediate or forgotten.
