An FR10 arm delivered against a complete-package receipt

Our FR10 arm arrived, but the controller and teach pendant cable did not; the seller says separate shipment without providing another reference, and I have retained the packing and marked those items outstanding against the complete package we ordered.

Ask for the separate package identifiers and carrier acceptance. A delivered arm cannot stand in for the missing controller on the receipt.

They sent the arm tracking again; I returned the itemised shortage with arrival photographs and asked specifically for the controller package, not the shipment already here.

Put complete package not received at the top. They keep answering a question you aren't asking, and another photograph of the arm won't settle it.

Does their packing list put the pendant cable with the controller or in the arm crate?

With the controller, Anna; both missing items belong to the second package on the confirmed list, while our arrival photographs and unpacking check cover the arm crate only.

Who has told the trainer the setup is incomplete? Our missing lead once stayed labelled admin query while somebody booked a practical session that needed it.

Installer too. No point bringing them in to find the controller exists only in the contents list. Keep the supplied combination identified when that second package finally appears.

I'd have purchasing ask for a named freight contact now. One person can chase the second box instead of giving you another general assurance from the sales inbox.

And physical stock status first, if nobody can produce a second carrier reference; perhaps there isn't a collected box to trace.

Our receiving team found a crate under a packing reference the carrier never used. Label photographs helped. Ask for the missing package's mark, not just another typed tracking number.

Thomas and Bruno, trainer and installer know; Lin and Omar, purchasing has a freight contact now, who says the controller package is still at the seller awaiting repacking, not collected; Caleb, label photographs are requested.

Ask why it needs repacking and whether the contents were affected. If packaging damage is involved, your inspection of the received arm does not clear the held controller package.

At least stop calling it separate shipment now. It's a separate box still waiting to leave.

The outer carton was torn in warehouse handling, according to the freight contact; I have asked for condition photographs and the proposed assessment of the contents before agreeing the next delivery plan.

Good. Have the responsible technical person assess any suspected damage, not just somebody putting fresh cardboard around it and calling the job done.

Would a temporary package help while that is sorted, or would reviewing a different supplied combination add more work than waiting? I'd want the installer involved before anyone rents something.

A temporary controller is not a drop-in planning assumption. Its actual compatibility, configuration and assessment would need defining. Ask for a costed, reviewed proposal if that route is being considered.

Has anyone offered one, or is temporary equipment only our suggestion here?

Only a suggestion, Anna; no temporary equipment offered or accepted, and the seller's condition assessment is still outstanding, so both missing items remain undelivered with no confirmed dispatch plan.

Then I'd leave the installer booking alone. No reason to spend on a placeholder visit while the missing package still needs an answer.
