The arm crate is here and our inventory is complete. The controller and tool wiring adapter are absent. The seller says separate shipment but keeps supplying the arm's transport reference; I need the missing package identified independently.

Ask for the missing package's mark, contents and actual collection record against those two outstanding items. If they cannot supply a second reference, they need to explain where that package is now, not send the arm's completed journey again.
