Our FR5 is here with one gripper adapter fitted, but the quote promises an additional adapter and the seller keeps sending a photograph of the fitted one when I ask about the missing spare
Show the fitted and additional quantities on separate lines, then ask which package contains the extra item. That photo accounts for the working adapter, not a second one sitting in stores.
They now acknowledge the second adapter is missing and say next shipment, no package reference; at least we have stopped debating whether one object can be in two places
