our fr5 carton layer leaves the reinforced ends over gaps

I cannot accept the proposed layer as drawn. Packaging has marked the reinforced ends on our actual packed cartons; several rotated positions put them over spaces below. Tooling wants those spaces for the fingers. Need both teams to compare an arrangement they can actually use.

We had a pattern that was easy to place and miserable to recover after a short order. Dispatch ended up rebuilding the part pallet by hand. Bring them into this comparison as well. I wouldn't pick the most cartons per layer until the support and tool withdrawal work, and someone has shown what happens when the order ends halfway through.
