I want physical region decisions linked to the retained plates, and repeatable seating and lighting, before this uncommissioned UR5e setup gets thresholds. What should the reference handover contain?

Name who retains the plates and their quality decisions, and link each image to the identified region, presentation and camera settings. Include accepted variation and confirmed defects. Then make sure the dataset used for tuning follows those decisions, not the old confident filenames.
