A replacement tray interrupted our improved FR10 sleeve runs

The locator seemed to make our supervised sleeve pickups steadier, then another miss followed tray replacement. I want the report to include both, without treating the timing of the miss as a diagnosis. What else should remain visible?

We nearly limited an earlier comparison to the two trays already on the bench. I'd record which trays and conditions your observations cover, so nobody reads a few good runs as evidence about all replacement trays.

The initial runs used one tray and the miss came with the second. I have their identities, but no dimensional comparison, so I can't attribute it to a tray difference yet.

Keep that uncertainty explicit. Also name what the recording actually shows at the miss, rather than infer that the tray was wrongly seated because changing it preceded the event.

Only an empty grip is established in the clip. I've described improved initial observations and a later miss on the replacement, with the cause and wider-tray performance unresolved.
