Do these UR5e replacement fingers preserve the demonstrated release gap?

Our delivered finger set has wider shoulders than the set used in the plastic-sample demonstration. Arm and tooling are here; tooling remains uninstalled. Seller calls the fingers equivalent. I can see a possible release-gap difference, but I cannot assess it from their unlabelled close-up. Asked for the complete assembly comparison against our actual sample tray.

Can the seller identify both assemblies and show the release in the same sample tray, including the finger opening and withdrawal? The shoulder difference is worth examining, but a photograph alone may not establish the resulting clearance.

They identified both sets. New demonstration still removes our required tray dividers; I asked them to repeat it properly. Meanwhile they offered to send the identified original finger kit, which I accepted as the replacement route. Carrier collection of that parcel is confirmed.

Removing the inconvenient bit is quite a change to the comparison. Has the original kit arrived yet? I'd rather hear how that fits the tray you actually ordered around than watch another demonstration without dividers.

Original kit parcel is here, awaiting the tooling owner's check. The repeat demonstration also arrived: new shoulders obstruct withdrawal beside a divider. Seller withdrew the equivalence claim. We will assess the replacement against the original identified assembly.

Are they supplying the whole required arrangement, or just fingers which need something else you haven't received?

That is an important distinction, Harish. Ruth, tie the replacement list to the demonstrated assembly and have its owner check which delivered components it uses; a correct finger reference will not resolve a missing adapter or fixing arrangement.

Complete matching finger kit arrived. The tooling owner checked it against the demonstrated assembly and the delivered mount, then repeated the agreed sample pickup, placement and release with our dividers fitted. Accepted. The substitute set is identified separately for the agreed return.

Thank you for reporting the divider check. Has the replacement identity also reached the spare-parts list?
