Which released bracket dimensions can I compare with our FR10 fixture notes?

I already found a bench datum mistaken for a drawing datum in an earlier bracket review. Here the gusseted support looks aligned while clamped and fails after release. How do I connect the stages without importing another unexplained correction into our planned FR10 cell?

I'd ask quality to choose one traceable bracket and relate its fit-up, restraint and released readings to the drawing requirements, with the supports shown; otherwise you may spend weeks explaining a difference between measurement methods.

The old notes have batch numbers but no link between an individual clamped check and the released reading. I can flag that limitation. They don't demonstrate a before-and-after change on one bracket.

That is worth preserving explicitly, because somebody may otherwise turn the batch-level pattern into a correction value; the next traceable comparison needs an agreed measurement method and an owner before the cell proposal uses it.

Keep the correction history too, including which parts were measured after correction; an acceptable finished reading may conceal the very work you are trying to explain.
