Why are repeat UR5e checks making our 164-bracket batch look finished?

Counter includes repeated inspections after restart. We planned 164 labelled brackets. I need accepted brackets counted once and failed attempts retained. Deleting the repeats would hide the rework, so that is not the fix I want.

Count planned bracket identities by current acceptance decision. Keep their attempt histories separate from that total.

Grouped by bracket identity. Quality is checking decisions for the retried ones. Two records have no readable label, so those remain unmatched.

Leave them unmatched until reconciled. Don't assign the two missing labels merely to complete the count.

Agreed. New view shows accepted, not accepted, undecided and unmatched separately. Attempts still visible below each identified bracket. Physical reconciliation is not finished yet.

Did quality reconcile those unreadable labels later, or are they still open?
