My colleague spotted the missing job immediately: who fills our connector-housing trays? I've priced arm and gripper, then treated everyone's time as free. I need a small study we can honestly stop after.
I priced the UR5e but forgot the person filling its tray

Agree the complete task, staff-time limit and stopping decision together before buying. Include fixture work, required safeguarding and supervision, changeover and ordinary awkward housings. Compare against the present bench process, not just the robot's transfer time.
