Our pre-shipment agreement includes handling our moulded housings with the specified finger set. The seller's FR10 clip shows arm motion, with no usable package identity or clear contact and release view. I've waited twenty-three days for a recording I can connect to my order. What should I make explicit in the next request?
Which parts of the agreed task can you actually see? Separate missing identity from missing handling evidence, then ask for the package and fitted finger set to be identifiable through the sample pickup, transfer and release into the agreed destination.
Include who will review the replacement recording. You don't want sales announcing video supplied while the person responsible for accepting the demonstration hasn't seen the contact view they need.
The pickup is behind a fixture screen. The arm then moves with something held, but the housing isn't identifiable and release is out of frame. I will review the task evidence with our tooling owner; sales can't accept it for us.
Then mark those three gaps against the agreement. A longer clip of the same camera angle won't answer them. Let the seller propose a recording arrangement that makes the actual evidence visible rather than prescribing filming equipment they may not have.
Theo, would separate close-ups be enough? They could identify the fingers but still leave David unable to connect them to the handling sequence. I'd state that connection as part of the request too.
Request sent with that connection included. I haven't demanded one particular camera setup, but I have said isolated label and tool photos won't by themselves show which assembly performed the demonstration.
Yes, Priya, separate views need a credible link to the same identified demonstration. David still has an evidence request, not a passed pre-shipment check, until the replacement material arrives and is reviewed.
