I cannot sign off our FR5 pallet pattern yet, the rotated row puts the long bottom seam of our component cartons over a gap and the packaging chap wants that side supported, though the drawing looks lovely
We have dropped that row from the first proposal, packaging would not accept it and the tooling designer says a different arrangement needs another look at finger withdrawal
Has the different arrangement kept enough cartons per pallet to be worth pursuing? Losing a few might be cheaper than rebuilding everything around that row.
