Our order includes a pre-shipment sample-to-tray demonstration with the agreed fingers. Seller sent general arm movement, no readable equipment labels and no clear pickup. I cannot connect that clip to our package. Asked for an uninterrupted view of identification, tooling and the agreed handling task.

Specify what needs to remain visible during pickup and release, including the receiving tray. They can provide close-ups for labels, but those need a clear link to the system doing the handling rather than a separate photo of convenient equipment.
