our UR5e delivery note covers an arm and an absent controller

The UR5e arm is here, but the controller and connection cable are not; the seller keeps pointing at a signed delivery note for one pallet, while our order was for the complete package.

I have seen a pallet receipt treated as a contents check when nobody opened the wrapping at delivery. Compare the received package labels and photographs with the order, then ask the seller to identify the missing controller package and its carrier reference. Keep the cable named separately in that request.

The seller has identified a second crate but still hasn't linked it to any carrier record; I've sent the missing-item list with our arrival photos and kept the packaging, so the signed pallet note is no longer our only evidence.
