I watched the vacuum demo twice before noticing that the lovely smooth carton wasn't the board finish we receive. Our next job is 212 printed shipping cartons, with ordinary seams and a mix of accepted surface textures. We still have samples from both sources.
I'm not expecting a video of every carton, but I do want the difficult ordinary ones in the comparison, through placement and release as well as pickup. What would you ask the supplier to show before this becomes a tool order?

Ask for an identified filled sample set covering the accepted seams, print and board surfaces, with the proposed tool and full transfer shown; who will choose those samples so the smoothest carton does not win the audition again?
