FR10 puck grip gets crooked while we keep editing pickup points

Our FR10 puck transfer is collecting pickup nudges instead of explanations. Tray looks stationary, grip less square. What should I inspect before another edit masks a presentation or tooling change? I want a cheap physical check first, not a new set of fingers ordered from a photograph.

Preserve the current setup and program, then establish whether the puck is seated differently before the fingers close, through the approved viewing arrangement. Maintenance can inspect the isolated tray contacts, puck features and tool attachments against their requirements. The lifted puck alone does not locate the cause.

The identified puck is already tilted in one pocket before closure. Maintenance found a loose seating insert there and recorded the as-found condition. Other pockets in this comparison did not show the same tilt.

Has that insert been restored to its specified seating and the program reviewed for verification? The local finding narrows this case, but retaining offsets that compensated for the raised insert could preserve another error.

Insert corrected and current versus earlier edits sent for review. Controlled handling check not completed yet. Thanks for asking about the saved program; fixing the seat alone does not finish this.
