Could they photograph the labels, including which box contains your controller?

Thanks, Sofia. Sent that request back instead of guessing from the box sizes.

I would also ask whether the boxes are still at their premises. We spent several messages discussing a shipment which was actually waiting for someone to book collection.

Alex, did they admit that directly or did the carrier tell you?

The seller told us after we asked for the pickup event. The label already existed, so our earlier question about a tracking number had not helped much.

Purchasing has both missing items open, Nora. Seller now says the boxes await collection.

Yes. Our order number on both, controller on one and arm cable on the other.

At least you can follow the two boxes separately now.

Are those parcel identifiers or internal packing labels? Ours looked quite official before the carrier ever saw the boxes.

Has purchasing asked for a dispatch commitment instead of another packing photograph?

And who is meant to send the carrier details once collected?

Sales is our contact. They have now sent two carrier references with collection scans. Neither box delivered yet.

Hope both turn up together; let us know whether the contents match those labels.
