One sleeve demo starts sorted. The other includes sorting our tray. I cannot price these as equivalent jobs.

What does your actual incoming tray look like at the start of an order? I would use that as the common starting point, although a separately priced preparation step could still be a fair option.

Sleeves arrive in shallow divided trays. Some lean together. The neat demo uses individual upright pockets.

Who filled those lovely upright pockets?

Priya, yes. But I would not rule out the pocket tray just because somebody loads it. A short preparation job might be easier to staff than somebody rescuing each awkward pickup. Zara needs both jobs counted.

The demonstrator filled them off camera. Supplier now lists that as our responsibility, without a time allowance.

Oliver, agreed. My objection is the invisible person, not the tray.

Could your current loading person prepare those pockets while doing the existing job, or would it require a second person? That distinction will matter more than the attractive part of either video.

And show the leftovers. My replacement tray behaved differently from the first one; a full tidy tray can leave a lot of the actual job untested.

Preparation needs the current operator away from fixture loading. We have observed it now, including leftovers. It does not fit inside their spare time.

Did the awkward-tray supplier explain their stops, or only edit around them?

Oliver's leftover point also belongs in the repeat request. Send both suppliers the same order ending, not just the same full starting tray.

Amara, they supplied the uncut run. Every leaning pair needed manual separation. Both proposals leave us with another person's work.

Could you change the incoming packing with your supplier, or is that beyond the scope of this purchase?

Beyond this purchase. We have closed the robot comparison and retained the present loading job. Incoming packing needs its own decision first. Useful result, despite no new arm.

Thanks for returning with that. The invisible preparation finally got a price.
