our bracket lesson skips the first released check

I have removed the repeated setup ticks from one lesson, but this FR10 bracket example has a different hole in it: aligned while clamped, failed after release, then corrected and accepted, with nothing a trainee could use to tell what actually changed.

The first two observed brackets passed the specified released angle and hole checks without correction, which gives us an actual first-check example; welding wants a wider observation before changing the allowance, and tooling has not settled Maya's replacement-locator question.
