Our FR10 is already here; this is the separate accessory order for 19 fixture-loading kits. The sealed box arrived short of mounting adapters, and the seller now says quantity meant pieces although the invoice says kit and the final message lists each kit's contents. How do I make that discrepancy hard to talk around?
Use the final agreed contents, invoice units and checked receiving inventory in one comparison. Count complete kits that can actually be assembled, with the adapter identity retained. Keep the opening evidence before rearranging everything into your own kit layout.
The comparison shows we cannot assemble the agreed 19 kits. Seller has acknowledged the adapter shortfall and offered separate supply, but without confirming availability or dispatch. Thanks, Amy; I had been arguing over the word kit instead of showing the missing assemblies.
Ask for the missing quantity, exact adapter reference, charges if any and proposed supply timing in writing. The admission resolves the counting argument, not the shortage in your workshop.
