Thirty-two days of next shipment for an FR10 spare kit

The FR10 main package for our sample-tray prototype matches the order, including its installed pendant cable. The promised spare kit never arrived. After 32 days of next shipment replies, I still have no parcel reference. I'm already dealing with a separate kit-count question; this one is a missing spare promise, not missing main hardware.

Return the spare-kit promise with the absent contents marked. Ask for a committed dispatch answer.

Done, and I explicitly acknowledged the installed cable. They keep sending a photo of that one as though I'm saying the cell arrived without it.

Then ask them to answer whether they intend to supply the separate kit. Tracking is the next question only if there is a parcel to track.

I'd also ask purchasing what closure they would accept if supply keeps slipping. Otherwise every reply resets the waiting period without anyone making a decision

Would a separate compatible spare from another source solve your actual shortage, subject to a technical check?

Possible, but don't buy twice before agreeing who owns the cost decision.

Purchasing is considering a credit request as an alternative. I haven't ordered anything elsewhere. The kit is still shown as missing in stores.

A credit amount needs something to compare against: the complete missing contents and realistic replacement supply costs. One cable's advertised price may not settle the whole kit.

And compatibility remains a separate acceptance question even if the price is attractive. A spare nobody can authorise using isn't much of a spare

The seller now offers a credit for the cable only. I've asked whether they mean that to close the entire missing kit. No acceptance from us.

Do you have the other kit contents itemised in that same reply?

Yes, worth doing. A cable-only offer shouldn't silently delete the remaining shortage.

They're listed. Thanks, Callum, I added the quantity beside each item so the offer can be answered line by line.

That's an offer under discussion, then. Neither the physical spare position nor the agreed order balance has changed yet.

Who will tell stores if purchasing eventually accepts money instead of goods? They need an actual decision, not a closed email subject

I'll pass the written decision to stores. Purchasing hasn't accepted the cable-only credit and is asking for the balance of the kit to be addressed. Still no dispatch evidence.
