Why does our FR5 handover answer stop before the warehouse receipt?

Our FR5 seller has supplied a collection sheet for the arm and tool cable, but the freight agent says its warehouse has not received the crate and quotes another reference. I have asked them to connect the two records, including who held the crate between collection and warehouse intake; repeating handed over is becoming a pain when it still leaves that part unanswered.
