We ordered 109 accessory kits, each with a matched finger set. Sealed box contains 102 sets. Seller now says pieces. Invoice says kits and their final contents message names both fingers per kit.

Put the accepted kit contents beside the physical count, distinguishing complete finger sets from individual fingers. For 109 kits containing one two-finger set each, the expected total is 109 sets, or 218 fingers, not 109 loose fingers.

Are the delivered fingers actually matched left and right sets, Omar? A total piece count can still hide a pairing shortage, so establish what complete kits you can make before arguing over their new interpretation.

102 complete matched sets, 204 fingers. No loose unmatched fingers. Other kit items count correctly. Short by seven sets, not seven individual fingers.

Did two people count them against the same contents list? I'd send the set references as well as the totals, so dispatch can answer a specific shortage rather than debate the word kit.

Keep the sealed-arrival photographs and inventory together. The intact box documents receiving condition; it does not tell you where the shortage occurred.

Two-person count done, Mia. Sent references, expected and received sets, and the final per-kit confirmation. Seller has referred it to order entry instead of repeating the loose-piece explanation.

Ask order entry to correct the outstanding balance explicitly. Otherwise a promise to send something can coexist with an account showing the order fully supplied.

Ben's balance point is useful. Also keep the supplied 102 sets identified; you don't need to make the whole delivery uncertain just because seven sets are missing.

Order entry acknowledged seven missing sets and corrected the balance. Offered another finger profile as quicker supply. We've asked for the accepted reference instead.

Keep that substitute outside the receiving count unless it is separately assessed and accepted. A different profile cannot close the original quantity simply by arriving in seven bags.

Is the original reference actually available?

They confirm original stock. Separate shipment agreed for seven matched sets. No extra purchase required, and our tooling person has the packing reference to check.

Give receiving the same pairing and reference check used on the first delivery. The replacement parcel should close seven specific missing sets, not just add fourteen fingers to a bin.

Has the carrier taken it yet, Omar?

Yes. Collection acknowledgement names the separate parcel. Receiving has its seven-set list; the balance stays open until that check.

Arrived. Seven correctly referenced matched sets checked in. We now have all 109 kits complete. Accounts closed the corrected balance. Thanks, Ben; sets versus loose fingers was the argument to pin down.

Good. Did stores retain the actual set reference rather than their offered substitute's description?
