The FR10 video never gets close enough to show our contact pads

I agreed a pre-shipment demonstration loading our inspection fixtures, and the seller has sent a wide workshop clip where I can admire several arms but cannot identify ours or see the contact pads; what should I ask them to show so the next recording actually connects to our order?

Ask for the package identity, fitted tooling references and your identified samples linked to the demonstration. The recording should make contact, transfer and release visible, with the agreed receiving fixture in view.

We have a sample list and pad drawing in the order; I've sent those back with the request, because the clip has little white pieces but they could be anything from that distance.

Have they confirmed those pads are actually fitted, Chloe? My own demonstration enquiry got stuck before anyone answered that.

And ask what the camera needs to show beside the receiving fixture, since a clear pickup followed by a hidden release still leaves the job half invisible.

Can they show the sample identities before handling them rather than trying to read tiny marks during motion?

Beth, they say the pads are fitted but haven't given the reference; Farah, yes, I suggested a close view of the sample list and pieces before the handling view, with the fixture kept visible as Alex said.

The reference is worth settling before they record again. Ask their technical person to link the fitted set to the ordered drawing, not merely confirm that there are pads on the fingers.

Did a technical person answer, or just the same sales contact?

Any better view back yet, Chloe, and does it stay on the fixture through release?

Their technician replied with the fitted reference and it matches; the new video shows the samples and transfer, but the pale pads disappear against the background right where they meet the pale pieces, so I still can't judge that part.

Could they change the background or camera angle without changing the agreed tooling and samples?

That is a reasonable capture change. Have them preserve the same arrangement and identify it again, so the clearer contact view remains connected to the full transfer rather than becoming an unrelated close-up.

They've sent a clearer contact view linked to the same set, and our reviewer can now see the pads meeting the pieces; thanks Farah, a plain darker background helped more than the longer video I first asked for.

Does it show the complete agreed sample range, including the awkward piece?

Yes, the reviewer checked every listed piece through placement and release and accepted this pre-shipment demonstration; dispatch is still separate, so I'm not calling the package shipped.

Have dispatch been given the accepted tooling and sample references with the order? The useful demonstration should stay attached to the package that is actually packed.
