I've got bright streaks labelled scratches before our FR5 faceplate inspection is commissioned. The streaks move when the plate presentation changes. I want a cheap reference check before anybody starts tuning around the labels.
Can quality inspect the identified faceplates behind those pictures and retain an accepted example plus a confirmed reject? I'd start there, then compare presentation and lighting without letting an attractive image decide what counts as damage.
Quality is reviewing the retained plates now. I've suspended the disputed labels, not changed them to accepted (tempting shortcut, wrong conclusion). No threshold changes until we have those physical decisions.
