Controller and tool wiring adapter missing. Complete package ordered for assembly inserts. Seller says separate shipment, but sixteen days without its reference. I've retained the crate. Where can I start?
Start with the marks on what arrived and the receiving count. Ask them to identify which other package contains both missing items, then who physically has it. That costs nothing and gives them less room to answer with the arm's delivery again.
That list tells you what they intended to pack. Does it identify a crate the forwarder can actually locate? I'd ask that next, without describing the missing equipment as dispatched yet.
The forwarder located the marked crate at origin. It contains the listed controller and adapter, according to their inventory check. No onward booking yet. At least we're no longer searching our delivered arm crate.
