What did this refurbished FR5 inspection cover besides a power-on photo?

I asked for the inspection details on a used FR5 proposed for our aluminium-block transfer and received a powered display photograph; before I price collection, I want the offered package identified, its available repair history and a competent assessment scope rather than another picture standing in for a result.

Send the identified package and whatever records exist to an independent assessor for a scoped condition review, with the seller agreeing access before you book. Your block-handling application still needs its own suitability work; a general inspection cannot price or approve that by implication.

The seller supplied the arm and controller identities and agreed to discuss access with the assessor, but no repair history is available; I have made that absence explicit in the scope request and left collection unbooked.
