I taught everyone to start our UR5e sleeve job, then left them guessing when a pocket is unexpectedly empty. What should a covering tutor be able to establish without calling me?

Whether the pocket was expected to be empty, what the saved job says happened, and who can resolve a mismatch. They should not have to guess whether a sleeve is held or already placed. I'd start with a paper walkthrough using your actual screen and handover: let the covering tutor explain what they know and where they would stop. Any answer that begins 'Bruno normally...' is a bit you still need to make explicit.
