Our old gusseted-bracket notes describe alignment under restraint and a drawing failure after release, yet the proposed UR5e fixture review inherits a correction routine with no explanation. I want to distinguish incoming fit-up, intended location and the first released measurement. An eventual pass should not make the intervening work disappear.

Can you follow one identified assembly through those entries? It costs little to check the links first, although one complete story will not establish how often correction was needed.

Yes, and that was more revealing than averaging the sheet. One assembly has an in-fixture alignment tick, an out-of-tolerance released reading, a correction operation, then a final pass. The supports for the released checks are documented too. Thank you, Ravi; I now have a usable sequence, not a defensible correction rate.

Keep that example intact when you present the estimate. It demonstrates real extra work in that case; the incomplete rows should remain incomplete rather than becoming either passes or failures by association.
