I have included release and empty withdrawal in this polymer-blank access request. The returned sketch shows the two end poses, not the transition. Who should supply the missing check?
The integrator should assess the complete transition using the actual tool and machine envelope, with the toolmaker supplying the opening geometry and the machine owner confirming the door position.
Integrator has the complete tool model now. It shows the open fingers entering a recess which the old blank-only sketch left empty. Machine owner is checking that recess dimension.
Keep the measured recess tied to the machine configuration being considered; a similar enclosure drawing may omit exactly the fitting that makes the withdrawal fail.
Measured view includes a coolant fitting missing from the original. Current approach is withdrawn. Integrator proposes a different orientation, with release still to assess.
Then the next comparison needs that proposed assembly as well as the changed orientation; rotating the old outline will not answer for fingers that have yet to be defined.
