Which FR5 plate does the seller's equivalence answer actually cover?

Delivered FR5 package has a different suffix and a stepped mounting plate where our agreed fixture drawing shows a flat face. Seller answered equivalent without naming either difference. Tooling remains unfitted.

Ask them to identify what the suffix belongs to and compare the delivered plate with the approved drawing; one answer about the package label won't settle the mating face.

Technician says the suffix is a packing revision. The stepped plate is also a substitution, now acknowledged separately. No assembly comparison or original-plate supply answer yet.

Has your installer received that distinction, Ella? It should save them chasing a label change while the actual mounting difference sits unanswered.
