Which FR5 practice file is actually the one we meant to keep?

I can follow a training exercise fine, then a week later I'm staring at three almost identical filenames. What naming scheme do you use for practice copies versus the agreed teaching version? Not asking how to load anything onto the robot, just trying to stop confusing myself before the next session.

A name helps, but someone still has to say which copy is the teaching version. I'd keep an exercise identifier, revision and a short change note together. Put personal practice copies in a separate place, otherwise 'latest' eventually means whoever saved last.

That last bit is exactly it. I was treating the newest timestamp as approval. I'll ask the tutor which copy to use as the reference.

Thanks, the separate practice folder is the bit I needed. I've sorted my own copies now. Still waiting for the tutor to confirm the reference, so I haven't labelled one approved.
