Why does our FR5 welding layout give the torch no thickness?

Every support-bracket seam is inside reach on the integrator's sketch. The line used for the torch passes suspiciously close to our actual clamps. What should I request for an offline access review before this turns into a fixture decision? No live welding trial underway.

Ask them to put the actual torch assembly in, including its neck, body, connection routing and the clamps in their relevant positions. Show approach, welding orientation and departure for each seam. Reaching the start point is only one small part of getting a usable torch through that corner.

That is the missing distinction. The picture only marks seam endpoints, not the required orientation along them. I'll ask for the actual torch reference and the clamp arrangement used in the comparison, with any alternative clearly identified as a proposal.

Include loading and torch servicing while they're doing the arrangement. Not at the same time as welding, obviously; I mean the space those separate tasks need. A clamp relocation can solve the illustrated corner and leave the setter with no useful access.

Has the welding specialist supplied the acceptable process orientations for that review? A clear torch position alone may still be unsuitable for the seam.
