I'm reviewing our proposed FR10 dispatch-pallet layers. The alternating drawing packs the sealed corrugated cartons neatly, but some turn over gaps against their preferred support direction. What should packaging and tooling examine together before I accept it? I don't want the carton count to answer a support question by accident.
Ask packaging to identify the bearing requirements for the actual packed cartons and place them on the same revision as the tool sequence. Show the underlying layer and the neighbours already placed during approach, opening and withdrawal. Then the reviewers can see where support and tool space conflict. Include intended partial orders as well; accepting a full layer does not explain what dispatch should do with the last few cartons.
