Our manual spacer-loading trial has three different stick-out readings. Nobody measured the blanks first. How do I distinguish length variation from seating before our FR10 loading review?

Pair each stick-out reading with that blank's measured length and the defined seating reference. Have the machinist also assess seating consistency under the approved manual trial procedure; otherwise your spreadsheet is subtracting an unknown from another unknown.
