Sleeves tilt after the third pickup edit

I'm reviewing our UR5e sleeve-handling setup. Three pickup edits in the folder. Sleeves now tilt in the grip. Tray location looks unchanged from outside. Need the physical checks before another point edit gets approved.

On our last handling repair, a tray fault and finger wear existed together. Maintenance should inspect the tray locators, tool mounting and contact faces with the equipment isolated, and retain the current program before changing anything else.

Program retained. One jaw pad has a polished strip at its lower edge. Other pad looks even. Maintenance is checking the fitted parts against the tool drawing.

Have they checked the sleeves themselves too? The strip gives them somewhere to look, but we should not assume every sleeve meets the intended shape from its appearance in the tray.

Sample sleeves checked against the drawing. No discrepancy in that set. Maintenance found one pad installed with a thin backing strip that isn't on the assembly drawing.

That needs the tool designer's view before it is removed. Someone may have added it for a reason, even if that reason never reached the handover.

Was that strip fitted before the point edits? Would be useful to know which problem people were trying to fix first.

Unknown. No entry for the strip. The designer has specified the intended pad assembly and is reviewing the accumulated point changes with maintenance.

Approved pad assembly restored. Pickup points reviewed during recommissioning. Sleeves stayed square in the checked tray positions. Added the assembly photo and inspection points to maintenance's handover.

Did the wider interruption rate improve too? The square grip is useful, but you originally had intermittent handling trouble as well as the visible tilt.
