Our brass-blank removal sketch has the FR5 reaching the chuck. It omits the gripper body and the open door, and puts the base where the setter normally stands.
I need a comparison that covers tool entry, loaded withdrawal and setting access. Has anyone brought the setter into the layout review early enough to avoid moving the base twice?
Bring them in now, with the machine in its real setup condition. They may need space to remove something that never appears in the automatic cycle. A reach sketch won't tell you how a person changes the job.
Setter joined the review. They need a trolley beside the door to remove the fixture, exactly where our base was drawn. Integrator is checking a position farther along the machine.
I'd leave the base order waiting for that. At least the setter has a workable arrangement to review now, instead of being asked to squeeze around a finished installation.
