My compact-workshop FR5 proposal omits the hand and open door from rectangular polymer-blank removal; I know to request the complete assembly now, but I also need to establish which actual door position belongs in the route review
Who can confirm the machine's permitted exchange position? A measurement of the door at its widest opening would not by itself establish the position available for this job.
Would the machine supplier also need the proposed exchange sequence? I can imagine answering a door-position question for setting the machine when Oliver means the routine unloading condition.
Keep your installed machine identity and door arrangement with that request, since a generic catalogue opening can be perfectly accurate for something you do not have
I sent the installed details and removal sequence; our existing sketch used the door fully open for setting, with no source for treating that as the exchange position
That is the distinction I was worried about. I would leave the old assumption visible until the replacement has a source, rather than giving the new drawing an unexplained smaller opening.
Machine supplier has answered for our proposed operating condition, and it is less opening than the sketch used; integrator is rebuilding the route with the complete hand supplied yesterday
Then ask for the first failed stage of that route if it fails, because a failed withdrawal and an unreachable target lead to different purchasing questions.
Include the rectangular blank's actual orientation in that comparison; a convenient hand outline without its carried blank would reproduce the original omission in another form
First comparison reaches the seated blank but the loaded hand cannot withdraw on the proposed straight route within the confirmed opening, so the reach claim no longer stands as a selection answer
Are they evaluating a different route, or asking to change the machine condition? I would want those separated in the proposal because one may depend on a fresh answer from the machine supplier.
Different route within the confirmed condition first, with no machine change assumed; I have paused the FR5 selection until that review says whether there is a workable option
