Our FR10 now carries the aluminium puck tilted. Pickup point has been changed twice. Nobody has measured the tray seating or looked properly at the contact faces (the arm has apparently volunteered to be guilty). What would you check first?

Compare the puck's seat before pickup with its position in the fingers, then have maintenance check the relevant contacts and mountings; save those point changes too, because someone has to untangle them after the physical fault is found.
