Why should I accept longer fingers without another sample trial?

Our delivered FR10 fingers are longer than the set used in the seller's sample demonstration. The seller calls them equivalent. I can see that both sets attach, but I cannot see how the extra length affects our inspection-piece loading path. What should the replacement proposal include?

The actual finger drawing, a check of the complete loaded tool against the job, and a trial of your sample handling. Matching attachment holes is the beginning of the conversation, not a reason to stop having it.

I've asked for those. Our tool reviewer also wants the supplier to show release into the intended nest; the old clip only demonstrates the shorter fingers. Nothing fitted yet.
